Log in to the account you want to delete, and this page will show a delete button. It takes effect immediately.
Log in to delete1. Delete it yourself (instant)
- Log in to your Fyfolio account.
- Open this page (fyfolio.com/data-deletion) — a Delete my account box appears at the top.
- Type your username to confirm (and your password, or log in again with an email code if it’s been a while).
- Press Permanently delete my account. It happens immediately.
2. Or ask us by email
Can’t log in? Email [email protected] from the email address on the account, with the subject “Data deletion request” and your username. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 7 days, then email you to confirm.
3. What gets deleted
- Your account, username, name, email, password and Google sign-in link.
- Your public page — bio, photo, links, socials, design and stats. The link stops working straight away and the username becomes free.
- Products, bookings, payment requests, leads and Inbox messages received through your page.
- Uploaded images (profile photo, link thumbnails, product photos).
- All sign-in sessions — you’re logged out everywhere.
If autopay is on, it’s cancelled at Razorpay first, so you won’t be charged again.
4. What we have to keep
- Plan payment records (amount, date, payment ID, your email) — kept for up to 8 years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires. They’re used for nothing else.
- Backups — copies of deleted data disappear from our database backups within 14 days.
5. Visitors: data you sent to someone’s page
If you sent a message, booking or payment request to someone’s Fyfolio page, that information belongs to the page owner. Ask them to delete it — or email us with the page link and the email you used, and we’ll remove it from Fyfolio.
6. Signed up with Google?
Deleting your Fyfolio account removes everything Fyfolio received from Google. You can also remove Fyfolio’s access in your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps with account access.
