1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Fyfolio for your use of fyfolio.com and its services. By creating an account or using Fyfolio you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Fyfolio for a business, you confirm you can accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s consent.
- Give us a real email address and keep your sign-in methods secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Usernames
- Your username is your page link (fyfolio.com/yourname). It’s first come, first served.
- Premium usernames — common first names — are available on the Pro and Business plans.
- Brand names are reserved for their owners. We may ask for proof before assigning one, and we may reclaim a username that impersonates a person or brand, infringes a trademark, or has been inactive for a long time.
- Usernames aren’t property and can’t be sold or transferred.
4. Your content
You own what you put on your page. You give Fyfolio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it as needed to run the service (for example, showing your page and its preview when someone shares the link). This ends when you delete it, except for copies in backups for up to 14 days.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish, and that it’s accurate.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Fyfolio to:
- break any law, or link to or sell anything illegal (including drugs, weapons, gambling where unlawful, counterfeit goods);
- publish sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, hate speech, threats, or content that promotes violence or self-harm;
- deceive people — phishing, scams, fake giveaways, impersonation, misleading financial schemes;
- spread malware, spam, or collect visitors’ data without their knowledge;
- infringe others’ copyright, trademarks or privacy;
- overload, probe or interfere with the service, or get around plan limits or security.
We may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice depending on how serious it is. You can appeal by emailing us.
6. Plans, payments and autopay
- Fyfolio has a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business). Current prices and features are on the Pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
- Paid plans are bought for a month or a year through Razorpay. You can pay once, or turn on autopay so the plan renews automatically at the end of each period using your card, UPI AutoPay or bank mandate.
- With autopay on, you authorise us to charge the plan price each period until you turn it off. You can turn it off any time in Settings → Plan & billing; you keep the plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- If a payment fails, your plan stays active until the paid period ends and then moves to Free. Your page stays online, but paid-only features stop working.
- We may change prices. We’ll tell you at least 7 days before a change affects a renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Selling, bookings and payments on your page
If you sell products, take bookings or accept UPI payments on your page, you are the seller. Payments from your visitors go directly to your UPI ID or your own checkout link; Fyfolio is not a party to those transactions and doesn’t hold the money.
You’re responsible for delivering what you sell, your prices, refunds to your customers, taxes (including GST where it applies), and following consumer-protection laws. Disputes about those purchases are between you and your customer.
8. The service
We work hard to keep Fyfolio online and safe, but it’s provided “as is”. We may change, add or remove features, and occasionally the service may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If we discontinue a paid feature you’ve paid for, we’ll refund the unused part.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fyfolio isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to cover Fyfolio for claims and costs arising from your content, your sales to your visitors, or your breaking these Terms.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. If we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we’ll refund the unused part of the plan.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most problems can be solved by email. If we can’t resolve a dispute, it will be subject to the courts of India.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For important changes we’ll email you at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Fyfolio after that means you accept them.
